* How to dealing with Plan accordance with Strategy..It will be more useful..!

The meanings of the words are quiet similar; a method for achieving an end. However, there are strong differences between these words as well.

A plan is an arrangement, a pattern, a program, or a scheme for a definite purpose. A plan is very concrete in nature and doesn’t allow for deviation. If “Plan A” doesn’t work, you don’t alter “Plan A” and try again. Rather, you move to “Plan B;” something totally different.

A strategy, on the other hand, is a blueprint, layout, design, or idea used to accomplish a specific goal. A strategy is very flexible and open for adaptation and change when needed.

I recently heard a great example of the difference between a Plan and a strategy, using sports. This example serves to illustrate the difference between a soccer team’s plan or strategy to score a goal.

A soccer team with a plan to score a goal might begin with a throw-in to another specific player. The ball would then be passed to a designated offensive player who would then be responsible for shooting the ball into the goal. The succession of moves would be deliberate and would not be adjusted when risks or obstacles to the plan were presented.

A soccer team with a strategy to score a goal might also begin a play with a throw-in one of a few different teammates. The main idea would then be to move the ball forward and pass to open offensive players who would then shoot the ball at the goal. The succession of moves would be open for adaptation and change if the ball were intercepted or if other players were open for receiving the ball.

When planning for the future, which is undeniably unknown, it helps to strategize and consider the various scenarios you might be faced with and be prepared to modify your strategy so you can keep moving forward, rather than starting over at the beginning.

India vs Australia [2004] match.

Brad Hogg took Sachin's wicket.

At the end of the match Hogg gave that ball to Sachin for his autograph.

Sachin put his sign with one beautiful sentence,

"IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN."

Till today Hogg could not take his wicket for the second time.

THAT'S THE CONFIDENCE & DEDICATION.

salute to this little master "Sachin Tendulkar.."

If you believe on self confidence and passion then read this story for boost up...!YOUNGEST CEO IN THE WORLD (FROM INDIA) and the person is Suhas Gopinath.

Suhas Gopinath, the HERO

When 14-year-old Suhas Gopinath started Global Inc ten years ago from a cyber cafe in Bengaluru, he didn't know that he had become the youngest CEO in the world.
Today, Global is a multi-million dollar company with offices in the United States, India, Canada, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Singapore and the Middle East and has 100 employees in India and 56 abroad.

Suhas is the youngest member ever in the World Economic Forum's history. The other members include the Louisiana governor Bobby Jindal, Hollywood star Leonardo Di Caprio, musician A R Rahman, Prince of Brunei, etc.

On starting his own company at 14

Soon after my 9th standard summer vacation, I started my own company, Global Inc. I wanted the name Global or Global Solutions but both were not available, so I named it Global.

I registered my company in the US as in India; you will not be able to start a company unless you are 18. It takes only 15 minutes to start a company in the US. I became the owner and CEO of the company. My friend, an American who was a university student, became a board member. I was very excited because that was what I wanted to do. From that day, I started dreaming of making my company as big as Microsoft.

On his childhood:
I come from a middle class family. My father worked as a scientist for the Indian Army. I used to study in the Air Force school in Bengaluru.

As a child, I was more interested in animals and veterinary science. But when I saw my friends who had home computers talk about it, I had this urge to learn and talk in their wave length.

But we didn't have a computer at home. In those days, computers were very expensive and we couldn't afford one.

So, what I did was, I located an Internet cafe near my house. With my modest monthly pocket money of Rs. 15, I couldn't afford to surf the net every day.

I noticed that the shop was closed in the afternoon from 1 PM to 4 PM. So, I offered to open the shop for him after my school hours and take care of the customers.

On building websites using open source technology:
Once I got the chance to manage the shop and browse the net, I started building websites. It became my passion in no time.

I got hooked to open source technology after I started looking for e-books on how to build websites. They were not available as they were created in propriety sources.

On doing badly in school

In my pre-board CBSE exam, I failed in Mathematics. The school headmistress was shocked because that was the first time I had failed in any subject. She called my mother and said she was horrified by my performance.

At home, like any typical South Indian mother, my mother made me swear on her head that I would focus on academics.

I told my mother that the world's richest man Bill Gates had not completed his education. Why do you force me then, I asked her. She then said, I am sure his horoscope and yours are not the same! I come from a family where entrepreneurship is considered a sin. My mother was quite upset. She wanted me to do engineering, then an MBA and work in a good company.

As per my mother's wishes, I took a four-month sabbatical from my company and studied for my board exam. I passed with a first class. I still feel that you cannot restrict yourself to bookish knowledge. I believe that practical knowledge is more important. In the first year, the turnover of Global Inc was Rs 1 lakh (Rs 100,000). The second year, the turnover went up to Rs 5 lakh (Rs 500,000).

So, that's what we can conclude from this story…!!! Just think it…Nothing is Impossible in this Life…Just try it once! Cheer's:)

* Whether you like Bill Gates or not..11 things they did not learn in school..!

Whether  you like Bill Gates or not...this is pretty cool. Here's some advice Bill Gates recently dished out at a high school speech about 11 things they did  not learn in school. He talks about how feel-good, politically correct in the real world.

  RULE 1
Life  is not divided into semesters. You don't get summers off and very few employers are interested in helping you find yourself. Do that on your own  time.

     RULE 2
The  world won't care about your self-esteem. The world will expect you to accomplish something BEFORE you feel good about yourself.

     RULE 3
You  will NOT make 40 thousand dollars a year right out of high school. You won't be a vice president with car phone, until you earn  both.

     RULE 4
If  you think your teacher is tough, wait till you get a boss. He doesn't have tenure.

     RULE 5
Flipping burgers is not beneath your dignity. Your grandparents had a different word for burger flipping they called it Opportunity.

     RULE 6
If  you mess up,it's not your parents' fault, so don't whine about your mistakes, learn from them.

     RULE 7
Before you were born, your parents weren't as boring as they are now. They got that way from paying  your bills, cleaning your clothes and listening to you talk about how cool  you are. So before you save the rain forest from the parasites of your parent's generation, try delousing the closet in your own room.

     RULE 8
Your  school may have done away with winners and losers, but life has not. In some schools they have  abolished failing grades and they'll  give you as many times as you want to  get the right answer. This doesn't bear the slightest resemblance to ANYTHING in real life.

     RULE 9
Be  nice to nerds. Chances are you'll end up working for one.

     RULE 10
Television is NOT real life. In real life people actually have to leave the coffee shop and go to  jobs.

     RULE 11
Life  is not fair - get used to it.
